该数据的采集时间为2023年7月7日,采集地点在中科大火灾安全全国重点实验室,小庙试验基地。采集设备主要是温度采集器选用型号为THM240K,气体采集袋,K型热电偶,摄像头,抽气泵,20L球形爆炸测试仪,数据处理软件为WPS,所有设备情况良好。在多剂联用灭火抑爆原理样机的指标试验中,布置温度传感器线1-8,1为被加热第一块电池背面、2为被加热第二块电池背面、3为被加热第三块电池背面,4为被加热第一块电池相邻电池背面,5为被加热第二块电池相邻电池背面,6为被加热第三块电池相邻电池背面,7为被加热PK箱相邻左边PK箱内,8为被加热PK箱相邻右边PK箱内。电池发生热失控明火扑灭火后,开始采集20呎储能集装箱中的气体,每隔2h用泵抽取储能集装箱中的气体2L装入气体袋中,连续抽取24h储能集装箱中的气体使用20L球形爆炸测试仪,先将20L球形爆炸测试仪用真空泵抽真空到20kPa状态,然后通入一个2L气袋中气体,再通入18L空气,至20L球形爆炸测试仪内压力为40kPa~60kPa,用电压为15kV、电流为40mA的电火花去点燃20L球形爆炸测试仪内气体,如20L球形爆炸测试仪内的压力瞬间有大于50kPa的压力突增,则认为气体被点燃爆炸,如20L球形爆炸测试仪内的压力没有出现大于50kPa的压力突增,,则认为通入20L球形爆炸测试仪的气体不具备可燃性。试验过程的时间范围为0-24h;温度范围为-170.9℃~778.7℃;K型热电偶精度为±1℃,温度采集器量程为-200℃~1100℃。

The data was collected on July 7, 2023, at the State Key Laboratory of Fire Science, University of Science and Technology of China, Xiaomiao Test Base. The primary collection equipment includes a THM240K temperature collector, gas sampling bags, K-type thermocouples, cameras, air pumps, a 20L spherical explosion tester, and WPS as the data processing software. All equipment was in good working condition. During the performance test of the prototype for combined fire extinguishing and explosion suppression with multiple agents, temperature sensors numbered 1 through 8 were arranged as follows: Sensor 1 was installed on the back of the first heated battery, Sensor 2 on the back of the second heated battery, Sensor 3 on the back of the third heated battery, Sensor 4 on the back of the battery adjacent to the first heated battery, Sensor 5 on the back of the battery adjacent to the second heated battery, Sensor 6 on the back of the battery adjacent to the third heated battery, Sensor 7 inside the left adjacent PK box of the heated PK box, and Sensor 8 inside the right adjacent PK box of the heated PK box. After extinguishing the open fire triggered by the thermal runaway of the batteries, gas collection from the 20-foot energy storage container was initiated. Two liters of gas was pumped from the container every 2 hours and stored in gas sampling bags, with continuous sampling lasting 24 hours. To test the flammability of the collected gas using the 20L spherical explosion tester: first, evacuate the tester to 20 kPa using a vacuum pump, then introduce 2 L of the sampled gas from a sampling bag, followed by 18 L of clean air, until the internal pressure of the tester reaches 40 kPa to 60 kPa. Ignite the gas mixture inside the tester with an electric spark of 15 kV voltage and 40 mA current. If an instantaneous pressure surge exceeding 50 kPa is detected inside the tester, the sampled gas is confirmed to be flammable and capable of exploding; if no such pressure surge occurs, the sampled gas is deemed non-flammable. The test process covers a time range of 0–24 hours, with the measured temperature ranging from -170.9 ℃ to 778.7 ℃. The accuracy of the K-type thermocouples is ±1 ℃, and the measuring range of the temperature collector is -200 ℃ to 1100 ℃.
