统计公司内部不同行型号的火焰焊产品出现的质量问题的数据,分析各型号火焰焊产品的质量问题种类和占比,明确发生质量问题的主要工艺环节,便于公司制定下一步的工艺改进计划和调整焊接材料计划。1.数据统计:通过查阅质检部门内部存档的质检报告,统计求和得到每种型号火焰焊产品的不良个数、每种型号火焰焊产品的不良类型和各不良类型的发生个数,以及所有型号火焰焊产品的不良个数、所有型号火焰焊产品不同不良类型的合计个数,并进行分类汇总。2.数据处理:通过不良个数÷对应不同不良类型的个数,计算得到各型号火焰焊产品的不良类型占比和所有型号火焰焊产品各不良类型的总占比。3.数据应用:公司可以借助以上数据,了解各型号火焰焊产品质检问题情况和不良原因分布,对于不良率占比高的对应工艺环节,可以通过调试设备、改进参数等方式来优化工艺,也可以从焊接材料入手进行更换,以提高产品质量,降低不良率。

This dataset is dedicated to collecting quality-related data for various models of flame welding products within the company. Its core objectives include analyzing the types and proportions of quality issues for each model, identifying the critical process links where quality problems arise, and supporting the company in developing subsequent process improvement plans and adjusting its welding material plans. 1. Data Statistics: By reviewing the internally archived quality inspection reports from the company’s quality control (QC) department, we conduct comprehensive statistical summation to derive: the total number of defective products for each flame welding product model, the specific defect types for each model and the occurrence count of each defect type, as well as the overall defective product count across all models and the total occurrence count of each defect type across all models, followed by structured classification and aggregation. 2. Data Processing: Compute the proportion of each defect type for each flame welding product model and the overall proportion of each defect type across all models via the formula: (number of occurrences of a specific defect type) divided by (total number of defective products of the corresponding model for per-model proportions, or total defective products across all models for overall proportions). 3. Data Application: The company can leverage the derived data to gain clear insights into the quality inspection outcomes and defect cause distribution of each flame welding product model. For critical process links with high defect proportions, the company can optimize the production process by debugging equipment, adjusting process parameters and other measures, and also replace welding materials as a targeted solution to enhance product quality and reduce defect rates.
