Code list - State-aid number DCJM

State aid is an advantage (in any form) granted by a national authority after (in any form) selection. The EU Treaty prohibits State aid, unless the granting authority can justify the aid in the context of general economic development. To ensure that information on State aid is available to the general public, the European Commission requires Member States to upload information on State aid granted in an online reporting tool. To define the type of state aid, the EU assigns an identification number to it. This code list contains the identification numbers that the EU has assigned to the Flemish Community after notification and justification of the State aid measures.
