Comprehensive identification of the genes involved in the expression of Siglec-15 ligands on osteoclast precursor

The goal of the study is to identify biologically relevant Siglec-15 ligands involved in osteoclastogenesis. We conducted a genome-wide knockout screen using the RAW264.7 cell line, which is used as a model of the osteoclast precursor, and revealed genes involved in the expression of Siglec-15 ligands.
