Transcription profiling of mouse liver - high temporal resolution

High-temporal resolution profiling was performed on mouse liver to detect rhythmic transcripts Experiment Overall Design: Samples were collected every hour for 48 hours from 3-5 mice per time point from liver. Samples were pooled and analyzed using Affymetrix arrays.本研究对小鼠肝脏开展高时间分辨率转录组分析，以检测节律性转录本（rhythmic transcripts）。实验整体设计：每个时间点选取3-5只小鼠的肝脏组织，每小时采集一次样本，连续采集48小时。将采集的样本混合后，采用Affymetrix芯片阵列进行分析检测。
