Based on the market sales performance of residential design services, this dataset calculates the sales proportions of various service packages based on two types of characteristics: design style (modern minimalist, new Chinese style) and area (90 ㎡, 120 ㎡), and identifies advantageous packages. This helps both our company and other peer enterprises providing residential design services to formulate and optimize their marketing, service, and supply chain strategies. 1. Data Collection and Preprocessing: (1) Data Collection: Collect order information of the company's residential design services, including service category, statistical date, service name, sales channel/platform, sales frequency (times), design style characteristics, and area characteristics. (2) Data Preprocessing: Clean the collected raw data. 2. Calculation of Total Sales Frequency: Use the SUM function to accumulate the historically collected purchase quantities to calculate the total sales frequency of residential design services. 3. Identification of Advantageous Packages Based on Design Style Characteristics: (1) Filter orders with modern minimalist design style characteristics, use the SUM function to accumulate the purchase quantities to calculate the sales frequency of modern minimalist design, and calculate its sales proportion as (sales frequency of modern minimalist design / total sales frequency of residential design services) * 100%. Similarly, calculate the sales frequency and proportion of new Chinese style design.
