Elk Home Range - Egg Lake - 2017-2020 [ds3168]

Home range contours for Rocky Mountain elk (Cervus canadensis nelsoni) developed by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) for the Egg Lake herd of the Northeastern Elk Management Unit (EMU) in Modoc, Siskiyou, and Shasta counties, California. The population-level home range was developed in Migration Mapper with Brownian bridge movement models using GPS locations from collared elk. High use (50 percent) and full home range use (99 percent) contours are presented.
