通过仪器设备计算样品抗压强度推定值,对比设计强度,判断混凝土抗压强度是否符合设计标准,进而为混凝土性能是否合格提供基础数据,有利于保障混凝土质量,提升建筑工程结构安全性。根据JGJ/T23-2011《回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》检测混凝土抗压强度,使用云回弹仪BY-M225T/Y-LT1测得测区抗压强度,得出抗压强度平均值、抗压强度标准差,由此可根据《规程》计算抗压强度推定值。当测区数>=10个时,抗压强度推定值计算公式为:抗压强度推定值=抗压强度平均值-1.645*抗压强度标准差,1.645为该公式固定值。当抗压强度推定值>=设计强度的95%,则该样品批次检验合格,反之则不合格,结果判定公式:F(x)=IF(抗压强度推定值>=设计强度*95%,"合格","不合格")。

Calculate the presumptive compressive strength of concrete samples using professional testing instruments, compare the calculated value with the design strength to judge whether the concrete compressive strength meets the design standards. This work provides fundamental data for assessing the qualification of concrete performance, thereby contributing to ensuring concrete quality and improving the structural safety of construction projects. Concrete compressive strength is tested in accordance with JGJ/T23-2011 *Technical Specification for Testing Compressive Strength of Concrete by Rebound Method*. The compressive strength of each test area is measured using the cloud-connected rebound tester BY-M225T/Y-LT1, and the average compressive strength and compressive strength standard deviation of the test areas are obtained. The presumptive compressive strength can then be calculated per the aforementioned Specification. When the number of test areas is ≥ 10, the formula for calculating the presumptive compressive strength is: Presumptive compressive strength = Average compressive strength − 1.645 × Compressive strength standard deviation, where 1.645 is a fixed constant for this formula. If the presumptive compressive strength is greater than or equal to 95% of the design strength, the sample batch passes the inspection; otherwise, it fails.
