本数据集为国产XTime可靠性仿真工具和maxrank高良率分析工具验证过程所形成的仿真脚本、仿真配置文件和仿真结果。该数据集的使用基于linux操作系统,运行环境需安装有alps仿真器、对标的hspice仿真器、XTime时序仿真分析工具、PrimeTime静态时序分析工具、maxrank高良率分析工具和对标的solido高良率分析工具,以及tsmc28nm PDK库。本数据集为两款国产EDA工具的验证提供了必要的数据支撑。
This dataset comprises simulation scripts, simulation configuration files, and simulation results generated throughout the validation process of two domestically-developed EDA tools: the XTime reliability simulation tool and the maxrank high-yield analysis tool. This dataset is designed to run on the Linux operating system, and its runtime environment requires the installation of the ALPS simulator, the benchmark HSPICE simulator, the XTime timing simulation and analysis tool, the PrimeTime static timing analysis tool, the maxrank high-yield analysis tool, the benchmark Solido high-yield analysis tool, as well as the TSMC 28nm PDK library. This dataset provides necessary data support for the validation of these two domestically-developed EDA tools.
