资源简介:

This dataset contains source data associated with the manuscript describing proteomic and biochemical analyses. The files include raw quantitative proteomics output and numerical source data underlying all figures presented in the manuscript. Files and Variables File: Supplementary Table 1.xlsx This file contains label-free quantitative proteomics data generated by liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) and processed using MaxQuant. Variables Protein IDsUniProt accession identifiers corresponding to all proteins assigned to a given protein group. Multiple identifiers may be listed when identified peptides cannot uniquely distinguish between closely related proteins. Majority protein IDsSubset of Protein IDs corresponding to the protein(s) supported by the majority of identified peptides within the protein group. These entries represent the most likely protein assignment(s) according to the MaxQuant protein grouping algorithm. Protein namesDescriptive protein names derived from the UniProt database for the proteins included in the protein group. Gene namesStandard gene symbols corresponding to proteins in the protein group, as annotated in UniProt. FASTA headersFull FASTA database entry headers used during database searching. These entries include the UniProt accession, protein identifier, organism, and additional annotations associated with the protein sequence used for peptide identification. Quantification columns (LFQ intensity)Columns beginning with “LFQ intensity” represent protein abundance estimates calculated using the MaxLFQ label-free quantification algorithm implemented in MaxQuant. LFQ intensity values are derived from peptide ion intensities detected by LC–MS/MS and are normalized across samples to allow relative comparison of protein abundance between experimental conditions. Each LFQ column corresponds to a specific experimental condition and biological replicate. The experimental construct or condition is indicated in the column title (for example, MICU1-HA, MICU1-HA-T2a-MICU2-Myc, or vector control). All experiments were performed in triplicate, and replicate number is indicated in the column title (e.g., R1, R2, R3). File: Source data all main and extended figures.xlsx This Excel file contains all numerical source data underlying the figures in the associated manuscript. Each worksheet corresponds to a specific figure panel and is labeled according to the figure in which the data are presented. The type and structure of the data vary depending on the experiment represented in each figure panel. Tables within each worksheet are labeled to indicate the experimental group or condition. Further details regarding experimental design, variables, and analysis are described in the associated manuscript. Access Information Proteomics data associated with this manuscript have been deposited in the MassIVE proteomics repository under identifier MSV000096812 and are available via ProteomeXchange under identifier PXD059606. These datasets are also available through the publisher of the associated manuscript.
