测定并分析了长江水系鱼类细鳞华鳑鲏的线粒体基因组，使用mitos软件对其线粒体全基因组进行注释分析，主要鉴定出22个tRNA的具体位置信息。同时基于已经发表的线粒体基因组对其进行校正处理，以确定最终的注释结果。
The complete mitochondrial genome of Rhodeus lighti, a fish species in the Yangtze River water system, was determined and analyzed. Annotation and analysis of this complete mitochondrial genome were conducted using the MITOS software, with the exact positions of 22 tRNA genes primarily identified. Meanwhile, corrections were performed based on published mitochondrial genomes to confirm the final annotation results.
