Data files required to run the analysis of EMG (MEPs) and EEG (TEPs) recordings in response to TMS over the motor cortex: Mana Biabani, Alex Fornito, James P. Coxon, Ben D. Fulcher, Nigel C. Rogasch. The correspondence between EMG and EEG measures of changes in cortical excitability following transcranial magnetic stimulation. Matlab code for processing these data files and reproducing our analyses is in the Github repository (link below). The provided data is the outputs of the pre-processing stage.
