Deposited Deeds comprise [enclosed] documents such as Mortgage, Conveyance or Statutory Discharge that have been deposited against a parcel of land in accordance with the Conveyancing Act. The records are arranged by item number. Legal Envelopes that hold “enclosures” . Each Envelope is identified with an item number.Obtaining copies of Deposited DeedsThe Deposited Deed packets are not available via the Historical Land Records Viewer (HLRV).
