燃油加油机的准确性关系人民群众的切身利益。 检定分析得出的燃油加油机示值重复性结果可用来判断燃油加油机计量的准确度,有助于判断市场上燃油加油机的的整体质量,为政府监管、人民群众购买燃油提供参考和技术支撑燃油加油机在不同示值体积点进行测量,取三次测量数据,每次测量的示值误差计算规则按照以下公式计算: st=(ts-t)/t)*100,公式中的st为示值误差值,ts为加油机标示值,t为单次测量的校准体积,100为换算系数。重复性计算规则按照以下公式计算:E=(stmax-stmin)/dn,公式中E为重复性,symax,stmin分别三次测量示值误差的最大值和最小值,用极差法计算,dn为极差系数,3次测量时dn取1.69,三次测量加油机示值误差平均值不超过 (+-) 0.2°C,重复性不超过0.1%则燃油加油机为合格。

The accuracy of fuel dispensers is closely linked to the vital interests of the general public. The repeatability of the indicated values of fuel dispensers obtained through verification analysis can be used to assess the measurement accuracy of fuel dispensers, judge the overall quality of fuel dispensers in the market, and provide reference and technical support for government regulatory work and the public's fuel purchases. Fuel dispensers are tested at various indicated volume points, with three sets of measurement data collected. The indicated error for each individual measurement is calculated using the following formula: $st = ((ts - t)/t) imes 100$, where $st$ denotes the indicated error value, $ts$ is the marked value of the fuel dispenser, $t$ is the calibrated volume of a single measurement, and 100 is the conversion coefficient. The repeatability is calculated via the following formula: $E = (st_{max} - st_{min})/dn$, where $E$ represents repeatability, $st_{max}$ and $st_{min}$ are the maximum and minimum indicated errors from the three measurements respectively, calculated using the range method, and $dn$ is the range coefficient, which takes a value of 1.69 when three measurements are performed. A fuel dispenser is considered qualified if the average of its three measured indicated errors does not exceed ±0.2 °C and its repeatability is no more than 0.1%.
