历史人流查询

客户端通过接入重庆移动大智大数据能力开放平台进行接口鉴权，调用接口前，需获取token（三方系统调用接口获取到的token，由三方系统传入）。入参内容为：区域ID、tokenCode，查询时间，返回值为：状态码、数量、true/false（成功为空，失败为描述）等，查询当前区域查询时间节点内实时人流用户数的总和；Clients conduct interface authentication by accessing the Chongqing Mobile Dazhi Big Data Capability Open Platform. Prior to invoking any interface, a token retrieved by the third-party system via interface calls must be obtained and passed into the platform by the third-party system. The input parameters are as follows: region ID, tokenCode, and query time. The return values include: status code, quantity, a boolean flag (empty string if the request succeeds, error description if the request fails), etc. This interface is designed to query the total number of real-time pedestrian users within the specified query time node of the current region.
