MODIS Satellite Chlorophyll Australian matchup dataset

These data comprise satellite data products selected to coincide with in situ measurements of marine chlorophyll in the Australasian region from 2000-2011. The in situ data values are included as metadata in the satellite data netcdf file for ease of comparitive analysis.\nLineage: The in situ data come from the IMOS bio optical database and the satellite data are from the 1km L2 data collection produced by IMOS, subset to a 21x21 pixel region centred on the in situ location.
