Relevance of microRNAs to the regulation of the brain-placental axis in mice

We performed deep sequencing of small RNA in the fetal brain and placenta of male and female fetuses to study expression pattern of miRNA and identify key miRNAs that are relevant to gene regulation of the brain-placental axis The day 15 mice placenta and brain samples of male and female fetuses were analyzed by miRNA-seq.本研究对雌雄胎儿的胎脑与胎盘样本开展小RNA深度测序，旨在探究microRNA (miRNA)的表达模式，并鉴定出与脑-胎盘轴基因调控相关的关键miRNA。随后，研究团队对妊娠第15天小鼠的雌雄胎儿胎盘及脑组织样本进行了miRNA-seq分析。
