Systematic Evolution of Ligands by EXponential enrichment (SELEX) is a molecular biology technique which identifies preferred DNA sequences binding to proteins. In this study, mononucleosomal DNA derived from HEK293 cells after being selected against recombinant histone octamers from H. sapiens, P. falciparum, and E. cuniculi by SELEX were then sequenced by Illumina HiSeq (NGS), generating 11 fastq files.
