稀土萃取过程数字孪生系统控制技术示范工程科学数据集

在赣州齐飞新材料有限公司数字孪生控制系统萃取示范生产线，实现稀土萃取自动化与数字工厂全流程控制，通过生产进行采集数据，数据由现场工艺技术人员在示范工程试验过程采集，并通过标准方法进行测试和分析。主要赣州齐飞新材料有限公司实验室采集所得，有部分数据来自江西省钨与稀土产品质量监督检验中心进行检测。At the extraction demonstration production line equipped with the digital twin control system of Ganzhou Qifei New Materials Co., Ltd., full-process control over rare earth extraction automation and digital factory operations has been realized. Data was collected during production by on-site process technicians during the demonstration project trials, and subsequently tested and analyzed via standard methodologies. The majority of the dataset was collected in the laboratory of Ganzhou Qifei New Materials Co., Ltd., while a portion of the data was tested by the Jiangxi Provincial Tungsten and Rare Earth Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.
