在我国，人民法院分为四级，分别为基层人民法院、中级人民法院、高级人民法院和最高人民法院。此外还有专门法院即军事法院，海事法院，铁路运输法院。在这其中，一般的第一审民事案件，都由基层人民法院受理，法律另有规定的除外。 CnOpenData推出法院名录数据，涵盖31个省份及直辖市的法院信息，包含法院层级、法院名称、省市县及对应地区代码等字段，为相关研究助力。In China, the people's courts are divided into four tiers: basic people's courts, intermediate people's courts, high people's courts, and the Supreme People's Court. Additionally, there exist specialized courts, namely military courts, maritime courts, and railway transport courts. Among these, ordinary first-instance civil cases fall under the jurisdiction of basic people's courts, unless otherwise stipulated by law. CnOpenData has launched the Court Directory Dataset, which covers court information from 31 provinces and centrally-administered municipalities. The dataset includes fields such as court hierarchy, court name, province, city, county and corresponding regional codes, aiming to support relevant research endeavors.
