It covers 15 families, 69 genera, 266 species, 2 subspecies, 49 varieties, 11 forms and 12 cultivars from Juglandales to Centrospermae, including 71 introduced cultivated species. The book is provided with illustrated plates, detailed descriptions of the morphological characteristics of families, genera and species, as well as identification keys to genera and species. An index of plant names in both Chinese and Latin is attached at the end of the volume. Total data volume: 658,000 Chinese characters.
