Pooled sequencing of Rainbow trout

These data were used to discover the genetic basis of anadromy in two disjointed populations of rainbow trout. One population has been studied extensively and the two phenotypes (i.e., migratory and resident) are separated by two barrier waterfalls. the second population has been far less extensively studied and both ecotypes coexist and can (and do) regularly interbreed
