青藏高原主要家养动物转录组测序数据(2019)
为描述青藏高原及周边地区主要驯化动物遗传多样性的分布格局,厘清其相关遗传背景。2019年我们选取云南地区品种猪可作为低海拔参考,采集2只品种猪脑区RNA组织样品提取总RNA,建库并做转录组测序。测序产生了一批322G转录组测序原始数据。为研究青藏高原家养动物适应高原极端环境提供基础数据,为探索该地区主要驯化动物的驯化、迁徙、扩张等群体历史事件,并进一步探讨驯化动物对缺氧、高寒、干燥等恶劣环境的适应
