Panicum sumatrense Raw sequence reads. Panicum sumatrense

Panicum sumatrense is a nutritionally rich minor millet, tolerant to various biotic and abiotic stresses. However, it is also one of the least studied species of millets. Here we present the Raw sequences generated from De novo transcriptome sequencing of Panicum sumatrense under control and drought conditions in different tissue types namely: Secondary leaf, Flag leaf and Panicle. This shall help researchers gain deeper understanding of molecular biology of Panicum sumatrense as well as other related minor millets.
