This dataset focuses on the safety assessment of defects in pressure pipeline welds within stations (valve chambers), aiming to provide standardized and structured data support including defect characteristics and assessment results for the safe operation and maintenance of pressure pipelines in the oil and gas transportation sector. This dataset covers full-chain data ranging from basic equipment information, detailed defect characteristics to safety assessment results under specific scenarios, and includes the following core fields: 1. Basic Equipment Information: Equipment type, equipment category, equipment variety, user unit, station (valve chamber) where the equipment is located, and commissioning time of the equipment; used to locate the specific asset and environment to which the defect belongs, and support the full life cycle management of the equipment. 2. Basic Pipeline Parameters: Pipeline outer diameter, material, design pressure, operating pressure; used to reflect the design conditions and operating status of the pipeline, which are key inputs for defect safety assessment. 3. Defect Characteristic Parameters: Weld number, defect type, defect location, defect length, depth, height, width; used to quantitatively describe the geometric attributes and spatial distribution of defects, which directly affect the safety assessment conclusions. 4. Safety Assessment Results: Safety assessment standards, results under operating pressure, results under design pressure; the safety of defects under different working conditions is evaluated based on current standards (such as GB/T 19624, etc.), which is the core output of this dataset.
