This dataset supports the study111hhXinyi Li titled " Systems Biology and Fingerprint-Based Identification of Quality Markers (Q-Markers) in Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction for Ischemic Stroke Treatment." The data includes: 1) differentially expressed gene data of ischemic stroke obtained from the GEO database (GSE22255); 2) active ingredients of Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction and their corresponding targets predicted through network pharmacology methods; 3) raw HPLC fingerprint data (peak area, retention time, etc.) of Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction samples. These data are collectively used to screen and validate potential quality markers (Q-Markers) of Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction for combating ischemic stroke.
