In this study, we demonstrate that depletion of grp94 in NK cells lead to immaturities and weakened anti-tumor function of NK cells. To talidate our assumption, sc-RNA-seq was performed on NK cells FACS-sorted from spleen of WT and NK specific-gp96 knockout mice.
