收藏资源简介:
The OpenMusE pre-Snapshot venue survey was published and distributed to local venues in Helsinki, Lviv, Vilnius, Mannheim and Heidelberg preceding the OpenMusE Live Music Census Snapshot Date of 11th October 2024 to gather data on the operational and financial structures of live music venues across European cities. The aim of the survey was to better understand the current landscape of live music venues, including their staffing, revenue streams, and expenditures, to inform industry stakeholders and policymakers via collecting contextual information on the venues' everyday operations and the obstacles the venues were facing. The survey collected the following, confidential and anonymised information on the responding venues: venue name, address, contact details, legal status, and legal entity name; Venue type, capacity, range of activities and opening times (which months and weekdays) and the type of venue's premises; perveived challenges; statements regarding environmental sustaibility in venues and live music events, discrimination and corruption; and the following two open questions closing the survey: 'What should the government do to aid the live music scene in your city?' and 'What does your venue bring to the local area?'. The Pre-snapshot venue survey received a total of 72 responses across the Census cities, with 16 responses from Helsinki, 3 replies from Lviv, 26 from Vilnius, 20 from Mannheim and 7 from Heidelberg.
