This repository contains the data and code to replicate the following paper: Juliane Mailly, Thomas Besognet, Mathieu Lihoreau, Louise Riotte-Lambert, The influence of bee movements on patterns of pollen transfer between plants: an exploratory model, Integrative and Comparative Biology, 2025;, icaf051, https://doi.org/10.1093/icb/icaf051 The data can be generated from scratch by running the main.py file and filling up the desired parameters in the parameters.py file. The output will be stored in the /Output folder and can be analysed with the data_analysis.ipynb Jupyter Notebook. The data used in this paper is already stored in the /Output/Data folder so you may reanalyse it directly without needing to run the simulations.
