资源简介:

The dataset in this research publication focuses on analyzing changes in running kinematics at different intensities in a controlled case study involving three male runners with similar athletic capabilities. The purpose is to evaluate individual variations in kinematic parameters such as step length, step frequency, contact time, and flight time, as well as physiological responses like heart rate, across a range of running velocities (12–20 km/h). The dataset includes: 1. Kinematic Data: Step length, step frequency, contact time, and flight time, collected separately for both legs during treadmill runs. 2. Physiological Data: Heart rate was measured continuously during the whole running time. Methods of Collection: Running Trials: Nine 1-minute trials at randomized velocities on a motorized treadmill with a leveled surface. Measurement Tool: Kinematics: OptoJump Next optical system for step and time measurements at a 1 kHz sampling rate. Heart Rate: Polar Vantage V heart rate monitor.
