Data Collection: Collect parking data from the parking area on Fengting East Road, which includes fields such as date, road segment name, parking frequency, total number of berths, average parking duration, parking berth utilization rate and real-time payment collection rate. 2. Data Processing: Clean the data and remove invalid and outlier data. 3. Algorithm Calculation: The formulas for calculating the indicators are as follows: - Parking Berth Utilization Rate = Total Parking Frequency / Total Number of Berths - Real-time Payment Collection Rate = Total Real-time Parking Revenue / Total Receivable Parking Revenue - Proportion of Supplementary Payments = Total Supplementary Payment Amount / (Total Real-time Parking Revenue + Total Supplementary Payment Amount) - Discount Intensity = Total Uncollected Parking Amount / (Total Uncollected Parking Amount + Total Real-time Parking Revenue + Total Supplementary Payment Amount) 4.
