阳极框阴极框及高压电解槽是燃料电池重要部件之一。具有分隔燃料与氧化剂,阻止气体透过;收集、传导电流,电导率高;设计与加工的流道,可将气体均匀分配到电极的反应层进行电极反应;能排出热量,保持电池温场均匀;耐蚀;抗冲击和震动;厚度薄;重量轻;同时成本低,容易机械加工,适合批量制造等。利用高压密封框提高电解槽的气密性,从而提高电堆承压能力,满足高压输出的要求,通过增加内部流道以及密封线和倒角结构,消除液体涡流以及气蚀,增加电堆寿命。
Anode frames, cathode frames and high-pressure electrolyzers are critical components of fuel cells. They possess multiple advantageous functions: separating fuel and oxidizer while blocking gas permeation; collecting and conducting electric current with high electrical conductivity; uniformly distributing gas to electrode reaction layers via specially designed and fabricated flow channels for electrode reactions; dissipating heat to maintain uniform temperature distribution in the cell; exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance, impact and vibration resistance, thin profile and light weight; as well as featuring low cost, ease of mechanical machining and suitability for mass production. Employing high-pressure sealing frames improves the airtightness of electrolyzers, thereby enhancing the pressure-bearing capacity of fuel cell stacks to meet high-pressure output requirements. By adding internal flow channels, sealing lines and chamfered structures, liquid eddy currents and cavitation can be eliminated, prolonging the service life of the stacks.
