It primarily includes the names and original compositions of basic formulas belonging to categories such as exterior-releasing, heat-clearing and tonifying formulas, alongside medication modification plans, dose adjustment ranges, modification rationales (including pathomechanism deduction and classical literature citations) and clinical efficacy feedback corresponding to various TCM syndromes (e.g., exacerbated wind-cold pattern, concurrent phlegm-dampness pattern, yin deficiency with fire effulgence pattern). Covering 7 core dimensions such as the source of basic formulas, applicable constitutions and contraindicated syndromes, this dataset can be utilized to guide dynamic formula adjustment during TCM clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment, teach the modification logic of TCM formulas, and facilitate the development of intelligent syndrome-differentiation-based prescription modification recommendation systems. It encompasses classic basic formulas and their derived modified prescriptions corresponding to common diseases in internal medicine, gynecology and pediatrics.
