Supporting data for the application of CRISPR-mediated genome editing to study the pathophysiological role of proteins related to neurological disorders
收藏资源简介:
The dataset includes the data for the thesis of my Ph.D. study. It mainly includes three parts. The first part is related to the characterization of the hiPSC-derive cortical neurons, which consists of confocal images of immunostaining, parch clamp records, and quantitative analysis results. The second part is related to the verification of the genome-edited hiPSC clone and characterization of the edited cells and edited hiPSC-derived cortical neurons. This part includes DNA sequencing result, gel-electrophoresis result, and confocal images of immunostaining. The last part is related to the edited hiPSCs carrying various disease-related mutations respectively. These cells were differentiated into cortical neurons, and this part of data is to compare/ describe the phenotypes between the cells carrying various disease-related mutations. This part of data includes DNA sequencing result, gel-electrophoresis result, western blot analysis, and confocal images of immunostaining.
