该数据集包含了2020年1月1日至2020年12月31日的黑河流域地表过程综合观测网上游阿柔超级站的物候相机观测数据。站点位于青海省祁连县阿柔乡草达坂村,下垫面是亚高山山地草甸。观测点的经纬度是100.4643E, 38.0473N,海拔3033m。仪器由北京师范大学自主研发并进行处理。物候相机集成数据获取与数据传输功能。相机采用垂直向下的方式采集数据,拍摄数据分辨率为1280*720,可指定拍摄时间频率。对于物候期的计算,首先,根据感兴趣区计算物候指标,如相对绿度指数(GCC, Green Chromatic Coordinate公式为GCC=G/(R+G+B), R、G、B为图像红、绿、蓝三通道像元值)。然后对数据进行质量控制、无效值填充和滤波平滑。最后根据生长曲线拟合确定关键物候期参数,如生长季起始日、顶峰、生长季结束日等。本数据集为该站点2020年相对绿度指数(GCC)。 黑河流域地表过程综合观测网或站点信息请参考Liu et al. This dataset contains phenological camera observation data collected at the Arou Super Station in the upstream of the Heihe River Basin Surface Process Comprehensive Observation Network, spanning from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020. The station is located in Caodaban Village, Arou Township, Qilian County, Qinghai Province, with its underlying surface being subalpine mountain meadow. The observation site has coordinates of 100.4643°E, 38.0473°N, and an elevation of 3033 m. The instruments were independently developed and processed by Beijing Normal University. The phenological camera integrates data acquisition and data transmission functions, collecting data in a vertically downward orientation with a shooting resolution of 1280×720, and the shooting time interval can be customized. For phenological period calculation: first, calculate phenological indicators based on regions of interest, such as the Green Chromatic Coordinate (GCC, with the formula GCC = G/(R+G+B), where R, G, and B represent the pixel values of the red, green, and blue channels of the image, respectively). Then, perform quality control, invalid value imputation, and filtering smoothing on the data. Finally, determine key phenological parameters including the start date of the growing season, peak value, and end date of the growing season via growth curve fitting. This dataset provides the 2020 Green Chromatic Coordinate (GCC) data from this station.
