Data Collection: Establish a data model for electrical components by analyzing their output voltage, resistance, frequency response, and temperature variation on the simulated harsh environment test platform. The standard values are as follows: output voltage: 3.5V ±0.2; resistance: 0.05Ω ±0.01; frequency response: 500 Hz ±10; temperature variation: 20°C ±1. 2. Data Detection: Perform operations such as filtering, merging, and accumulating on the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis. Stability judgment: Label A indicates stable performance, while Label B indicates abnormal performance. The stability judgment criteria are based on the above standard values: if all detected values fall within the specified ± tolerance ranges, the performance is judged as stable; otherwise, it is judged as abnormal. 3.
