These data support the related manuscript: “High-Throughput Preparation of Radioprotective Polymers via Hantzsch’s Reaction for <i>In Vivo</i> X-ray Damage Determination”. The data consist of a single Excel .xlsx format spreadsheet with 15 tabs, where each tab contains all reported means/averages in plots, charts, and tables underlying figures, subfigures, supplementary figures, or supplementary subfigures in the related manuscript. The figures and supplementary figures covered are: Figures 3, 5d, 6b, 6c, 7b and Supplementary Figures S6, S7, S8b, S9, S10b, S11a, S11b, S14a, S15b, S18. The related study developed a new strategy to explore safe and efficient radioprotectors for acute injuries caused by large doses of ionizing radiation by combining Hantzsch’s reaction, high-throughput methods and polymer chemistry.Version 2 corrects some flaws that were found in the source data file prior to the manuscript being published.<br>
