Yin deficiency-heat syndrome (YDHS) is one of the most common pattern of syndromes in many clinical diseases. Zuogui Wan is one of the typical prescriptions to pertinence treat YDHS, but the mechanism of intervention is not clear. To explore the mechanism of Zuogui Wan intervention YDHS, in terms of the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, through analyzing the gene expression profile of their livers, by regulation energy metabolism and immune function via PPAR signaling pathway in rats with YDHS.
