Processed ship-based Multibeam Sonar Data acquired along the East Pacific Rise (EPR) Spreading Center during the Melville expedition SOJN09MV (1997)

This data set was acquired with a ship-based SeaBeam 2000 Multibeam Sonar system during Melville expedition SOJN09MV conducted in 1997 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Alan Chave). These data files are of MBSystem format and include Swath Bathymetry data that have not been processed. These data are included in the GMRT Synthesis, version 1. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): MELT: Magnetotelluric Array, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE94-02324.
