Development and Validation of an Optical Sensor-Based Automated Urine Flow Meter for Real-Time Patient Monitoring - Data Set

This repository contains raw experimental data collected during animal studies evaluating an automated urine output monitoring system (P-meter). The dataset consolidates time-stamped urine volume measurements obtained using both a gold-standard gravimetric reference method and the P-meter device across multiple prototype versions. The data are provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and secondary analysis of the results reported in the associated manuscript. All animal experiments were conducted under an approved IACUC protocol (A00006128) at the Mayo Clinic, Arizona.
