To assess the molecular changes associated with aging in different tissues of mice using cDNA microarrays to examine the transcriptomes of young, middle aged and old mice. Mice of both genders were examined in relation to the effects of age in multiple tissues. Keywords: age- and gender comparison. Up to 40 mice were compared according to age and gender.本数据集通过cDNA微阵列（cDNA microarray）技术分析年轻、中年及老年小鼠的转录组（transcriptome），以探究小鼠不同组织中与衰老相关的分子变化。研究针对多个组织的年龄相关影响，纳入了雌雄两性小鼠进行检测。关键词：年龄与性别对比分析。共计至多40只小鼠按年龄与性别分组开展对比研究。
