本发明提供了一种复合锂预制稠化剂及其制备方法和润滑脂组合物及其制备方法,涉及润滑脂技术领域。本发明将12‑羟基硬脂酸锂、二元羧酸和无水醇溶剂混合,将所得混合液在20~150℃条件下进行复分解反应,得到所述复合锂预制稠化剂。本发明利用二元羧酸可很好地溶解分散于无水醇溶剂的性质,在无水醇溶剂中二元羧酸能快速地与12‑羟基硬脂酸锂发生复分解反应,在将12‑羟基硬脂酸锂部分转换为二元酸锂的同时,原位生成具有高温稳定性的12‑羟基硬脂酸锂‑二元酸锂复合共晶结构。本发明规避了氢氧化锂溶解分散的约束问题,极大地提高生产效率,且制备的复合锂预制稠化剂能够将基础油稠化为具有更高滴点的润滑脂。
This invention provides a composite lithium pre-thickener and its preparation method, as well as a grease composition and its preparation method, which relates to the technical field of lubricating greases. This invention mixes lithium 12-hydroxystearate, dicarboxylic acid and anhydrous alcoholic solvent, then subjects the obtained mixture to a double decomposition reaction at 20 to 150°C to obtain the aforementioned composite lithium pre-thickener. This invention utilizes the property that dicarboxylic acid can be well dissolved and dispersed in anhydrous alcoholic solvent: in such solvent, dicarboxylic acid can rapidly undergo double decomposition reaction with lithium 12-hydroxystearate, which partially converts lithium 12-hydroxystearate into dilithium dicarboxylate while in-situ forming a high-temperature stable lithium 12-hydroxystearate-dilithium dicarboxylate composite eutectic structure. This invention avoids the restrictive issues related to the dissolution and dispersion of lithium hydroxide, greatly improving production efficiency. Moreover, the prepared composite lithium pre-thickener can thicken base oil into lubricating grease with a higher dropping point.
