Raw data for the study: Szwagierczak et al. "Impact of historical land use change on the brown bear habitat connectivity in the Polish Carpathians" The dataset contains the source data for the script for generating cost surfaces over time for brown bear habitat connectivity analysis. The geodatabase contains: - vector data for transport (polylines), buildings (points - central points of buildings), forest (polygons) for studied time periods (1860s, 1930s, 1970s, 2013) - vector data for barriers (water reservoir as polygon, 2013) - vector data for the study area (polygon) - raster data for elevation (here EU Digital Elevation Model EU-DEM) - structured text file describing cost values assigned to different variables for analyzed time periods (.txt format, tab delimited).
