This dataset supports the manuscript investigating temperature-dependent changes in sperm tail beating using a U-Net-based image analysis workflow. It includes x, y, t, psi of individual motile sperm cells under varying temperature conditions, manual tracking data , and artificially generated sperm cell images used to evaluate algorithm accuracy. The dataset enables reproduction of the validation analysis and supports quantitative assessment of sperm tail oscillation dynamics over time, including delayed effects of elevated temperature exposure and recovery after returning to physiological temperature.
