Dataset and reproducible pipeline for: RNA structural organization defines m6A-associated epitranscriptomic susceptibility of the lncRNA BRD3OS in antiphospholipid syndrome

This dataset contains all data, scripts, and intermediate files required to reproduce the analyses presented in the associated manuscript investigating the lncRNA BRD3OS (LINC00094) in antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). The repository integrates three analytical modules: 1) RT-qPCR discovery analysis- Raw and processed Ct values- ΔCt normalization and candidate prioritization 2) Network-based analysis- APS-associated gene datasets (CTD, DisGeNET)- RNA interaction data (RNAInter)- m6A regulatory components- Network edges, nodes, and enrichment outputs 3) Structural epitranscriptomic analysis- BRD3OS transcript sequences- DRACH motif annotations- RNAfold structural predictions- RNAplfold accessibility matrices- Composite accessibility scores All values underlying the figures in the manuscript are included, as well as processed data used for statistical analyses. The study is exploratory and hypothesis-generating. DRACH motifs and accessibility metrics do not demonstrate direct m6A modification but define candidate regions for future experimental validation. All data are fully anonymized. No personal identifiers are included.
