Screened for differences in expression of inflammatory related genes in Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus infacted porcine pulmonary alveolar macrophages (PAMs) by RNA-seq;Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus infection induces strong inflammatory factors, the mechanism of which is unknown. We use RNA-seq to screen key genes that regulate inflammatory factors in order to analyze the causes of excessive secretion of inflammatory factors.
