吉大正元电子签章系统是一套基于国家电子签章规范开发的安全产品， 利用图像处理技术将电子签名操作转化为与纸质文件盖章操作相同的可视效果， 同时利用电子签名技术保障电子信息的真实性和完整性以及签名人的不可否认性。

Jilin University Zhengyuan Electronic Seal System is a security product developed in compliance with national electronic seal specifications. It adopts image processing technology to convert electronic signature operations into the same visual effect as physical paper document stamping, and meanwhile utilizes electronic signature technology to ensure the authenticity, integrity of electronic information, as well as the non-repudiation of the signatory.
