12 LMP1 expressing mouse tumors were anayzed by array-CGH to detect chromosomal copy number variations Overall design: 12 Rag2KOcgKO were reconstituted with fetal liver hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPC) from Cd3eKO Cd19-Cre R26LMP1stopf mice. Developing LMP1-driven B-cell lymphomas were transplanted in secondary Rag2KOcgKO or Rag2KO mice. Secondary lymphomas were FACSpurified (CD19+huCD2+). gDNA of sorted lymphoma samples was analyzed by array-CGH sequencing.
