数据主要来源于实时量测中心的分布式光伏出力数据、调度自动化系统的全域实测出力数据、光伏基准站功率预测数据、新能源场站测光实测数据以及中国电科院定制的精细化数值天气预报数据。提供未来7天全域范围3*3km的地面风速、辐照度、气温、气压、雨量、湿度、70米风速等气象要素预测数据。实现了对区域分布式光伏的功率预测,指导电网调度运行管理工作。
The dataset is primarily sourced from distributed photovoltaic (PV) output data from the Real-time Measurement Center, full-domain measured output data from the dispatching automation system, photovoltaic reference station power prediction data, irradiance measurement data from new energy power stations, and customized high-resolution numerical weather prediction (NWP) data developed by the China Electric Power Research Institute (CEPRI). It offers 7-day-ahead meteorological element prediction data for the full domain with a spatial resolution of 3×3 km, covering ground-level wind speed, irradiance, air temperature, atmospheric pressure, precipitation, relative humidity, and 70-meter height wind speed. This dataset enables power prediction for regional distributed PV, and provides guidance for grid dispatching and operational management.
