中国航运网络韧性的动态过程及其影响因素关联数据

港口及其航运网络作为国际贸易的重要通道,其安全问题直接关系到国家经济安全和运输安全,更是反映航运业可持续发展的重要议题。本文从地理学、交通运输工程等交叉学科视角出发,构建静态和动态相结合的航运网络韧性理论框架及识别模型,选取中国沿海港口2018年、2020年和2022年班轮运输数据构建航运网络,对重大突发事件影响下的航运网络韧性动态过程进行评估,并揭示其影响因素。
As critical corridors for international trade, ports and their shipping networks have safety issues directly associated with national economic security and transportation safety, and such issues also represent a key topic reflecting the sustainable development of the shipping industry. From the interdisciplinary perspectives of geography, transportation engineering and other related fields, this paper constructs a theoretical framework and identification model for shipping network resilience that integrates static and dynamic dimensions. Using liner shipping data of China’s coastal ports in 2018, 2020 and 2022, it builds the shipping networks, evaluates the dynamic process of shipping network resilience under the impact of major emergencies, and reveals its influencing factors.
